We have a packed Horror Highlights today! Heidi Moore's Dolly Deadly creeps its way onto Blu-ray on August 23rd. Also: release details for Like a Bat Outta Hell, The Cursed, and A Haunting at the Park Hotel, as well as home media info for Flytrap, Dark Cove, and Dam Sharks!

Dolly Deadly Blu-ray Release Announced and Cover Artwork Revealed: Press Release: "Dolly Deadly is a feature film of the psychological horror/revenge genre written by Heidi Moore and Cassandra Sechler. It’s sure to be a little creepy, a bit silly, and a lot of fun (think Troma meets John Waters).

The story of Dolly Deadly revolves around the warped psychology of a tormented young boy who can only relate to his doll collection, and the only relief from the pain in his life comes with slaughtering those he has learned to hate the most. Everyone in his trailer park!

The film is a whirlwind of vengeful deaths, elaborate dream sequences, and crazy characters. Effects involve handmade prosthetics and blood for all of the head wounds, jaw cracking action, melting faces, spurting blood, stab wounds, rotting corpse makeup and fun with fire. Throughout the movie claymation and puppetry is used! That’s right, old school effects!

If you are a fan of 80’s horror and low budget films with attitude and guts (literally), then you will love this!

Directed by Heidi Moore.
Starring Justin Moore, Kimberly West-Carroll, Jay Sosnicki.

DOLLY DEADLY will be available on Blu-Ray / DVD combo from LCFilmsOnline, Amazon.com, and Vimeo on Demand August 23rd. The film will also be available through major retailers and VOD venues later this year."

Like a Bat Outta Hell, The Cursed, and A Haunting at the Park Hotel Release Details: Press Release: "When art imitates life, you normally don’t run for cover! LIKE A BAT OUTTA HELL is based on the true story of a huge bat with an 11-foot wingspan and an appetite for human flesh. The Australian coastal town of Batemans Bay was recently overrun by over 100,000 of these giant bats and residents are prisoners in their homes, scared out of their minds.

In LIKE A BAT OUTTA HELL, A team of young surfing filmmakers are invited to film a giant bat in the great southern wasteland of the Australian Outback and are quickly terrorized into submission by the winged beast. What starts out as an exciting fun trip about a surfing documentary, turns into a terrifying night of unspeakable horror and a fight to survive.

LIKE A BAT OUTTA HELL stars Vernon Wells (Mad Max), Rachael Murphy (Chasing Denzel; Don’t Look Up), Marco Dapper (Hit The Floor; The Young and the Restless), and Dan Balcaban (Neighbours; Underbelly). It is written and directed by Australian native and seasoned stuntman, Danial Donai, who paints a very real and terrifying story with his languid camera moves and shocking creature POVs.

A HAUNTING AT THE PARK HOTEL follows a fictional documentary film crew as they attempt to shoot a paranormal web series in the most haunted hotel in the U.S. With the help of a Native-American medium, they perform an ancient ritual ceremony that unleashes spirits that the TV crew are simply not prepared for. One by one they are gradually taken over by evil that they have unleashed.

The concept for the film was shot in such a way that it appeared to be a one-take movie. The entire feature was shot over 10 days and in 12-minute sequences. The 12-minute sequences were then edited together to appear as if the film was shot consecutively. The filmmakers were inspired by Alfred Hitchcock’s “Rope” and the historical drama “Russian Ark” both shot in this long-admired and dramatic filmmaking process. Shot on location at an abandoned hotel in a small Oregon town, the authentic set provided for both the requisite creepy atmosphere and free ghosts. The film crew tells of genuine run-ins with spirits, lights turning on by themselves and other unsettling experiences on set.

A HAUNTING AT THE PARK HOTEL stars Kristina Anapau (True Blood; Anger Management), Tina Casciani (Jane The Virgin; Donny!), Tom Sizemore (Saving Private Ryan; Pearl Harbor) and Brett Donowho (Seal Patrol; Salvation). Written by Donowho, Martin Wiley and Anthony Pierce. Anthony Pierce (Terrible Angels; Imperfectly Yours) also served as Director, while Donowho, Wiley, and Paul Hudson produced.

A HAUNTING AT THE PARK HOTELis now out on DirectTV, Dish, iTunes, Amazon, Vudu, Google Play, Vubiquity, and Hoopla. www.facebook.com/AHauntingattheParkHotel"
