Kickstarter Updates for Pixel Elixir's Terror Kitties Enamel Pins: "Hello once again! We're just past the halfway point of our campaign, and we've got a couple of quick updates. First, I'm happy to say that our seventh stretch goal, Sackhead Kitty, has been unlocked! Thanks so much to everyone who made that happen.

Second, all backers pledging for 3 or more pins will get a FREE "Full Moon" glow in the dark variant Boogeyman Kitty pin! We love glow in the dark stuff, and I'm sure a bunch of you guys do too, so we thought this would be a fun pin to make. As always, you can change to a higher pledge tier at any time before the end of the campaign, or you can simply add on additional pins to your pledge for $11 per pin. Thanks again so much for helping bring this project to life - we've got one final surprise to announce soon, so stay tuned!

In addition to enamel pins, the Terror Kitties Kickstarter campaign also features payment tiers that include Terror Kitties dolls and stickers.

Unearthed by the docu-series Collection Complete (which takes an in-depth look into the lives of artists and the collections that fuel their work, as presented by Gemr, the #1 app for collectors worldwide), the show’s latest episode takes a look at the impact of Halloween and Halloween décor on Las Vegas “hauntreprenuer” and avid horror collector Jason Egan.

Pulling the curtain back on both his obsessions with haunting and collecting, Egan also teases a look into his impressive personal assemblage of creepy artifacts which are housed in his Las Vegas home.

Now in its third season, future installments of Collection Complete (which has been described by as “a binge-worthy series on nerd culture on par with anything that Netflix is putting out”) are set to showcase the collections of Boulder City, Nevada monster-maker Tom Devlin, filmmaker and screen-used prop collector Charles de Lauzirika, and much more.

Plaguepits Production Details: "Peter Thorndike, frontman and songwriter with horror rock band Living Dead Island has got in touch to let us know about his upcoming zombie feature film, PLAGUEPITS.

Director Thorndike, who studied film under the great Ken Russell (THE DEVILS, LAIR OF THE WHITE WORM) at Southampton Solent University, is also creating the specialFX make-up for his debut feature.

He says that people who thus far only know him for his songs and for the tongue-in-cheek music videos he has made with Living Dead Island, may be surprised at the tone of Plaguepits: it's a conscious effort to make the kind of intensely atmospheric gothic horror scene at the heyday of Lucio Fulci and Amando de Ossorio, an attempt to re-connect with the primal dread - and practical SFX - of horror's golden era.

The funding is now secured, and all elements such as cast, crew, and props are falling into place. Shooting is scheduled for the early spring.

To follow the movie's developments, check out their Instagram and their website where you can join the fan club for regular updates, interviews, giveaways, and other cool stuff."

Watch the Trailer for Fawn: "SYNOPSIS: FAWN follows Polly, haunted by the belief she witnessed her sister teleport from the front yard to the back yard in the blink of an eye. That would be enough to make one question their sanity. But that’s not all. Her sister has been dead for 10 years. Enlisting the help of her best friends, Polly sets out to prove that she's not losing her mind by attempting to capture her sister's ghost on video. Throughout their journey together, haunting revelations and secrets are revealed, and now they may each have jeopardized their lives because while her lost sister might be searching for Polly's attention, something else might be hungry for it..."

Redneck Roadkill's Zombie Roadkill Escape: "Rednecks are trapped in a junkyard with zombie hoards advancing and no snackfood left in the vending machine.  Their only hope is to grab the 1955 tow-truck, customize it into a makeshift 360 Crane Decapitator and grill impaler, and try to make their escape?  Will they make it?  It’s up to you!

With the looks of a welded together rusted scrap metal truck, ZOMBIE ROADKILL ESCAPE features revolving crane with axe dangler, cleated front grill impaler, diamond plated-like rear bed fortress and independent suspension.  Includes 20 stand up killer zombies, bumpers stickers and double-toggle remote controller."

About the Author - Tamika Jones

Tamika hails from North Beach, Maryland, a tiny town inches from the Chesapeake Bay.She knew she wanted to be an actor after reciting a soliloquy by Sojourner Truth in front of her entire fifth grade class. Since then, she's appeared in over 20 film and television projects. In addition to acting, Tamika is the Indie Spotlight manager for Daily Dead, where she brings readers news on independent horror projects every weekend.

The first horror film Tamika watched was Child's Play. Being eight years old at the time, she remembers being so scared when Chucky came to life that she projectile vomited. It's tough for her to choose only one movie as her favorite horror film, so she picked two: Nosferatu and The Stepford Wives (1975).
