American Mary won't be released in the US until Fall 2013, but it will being playing internationally early next year and a new UK trailer has just been released. American Mary was directed by Jen and Sylvia Soska, and stars Katharine Isabelle, Antonio Cupo, Tristan Risk, David Lovgren, Paula Lindberg, and Twan Holliday.
