The first trailer for Paranormal Activity 4 will premiere later today, but until then, we have a new teaser video and a look at the official poster art. Paranormal Activity 4 will be released to theaters on October 19th and is directed by Paranormal Activity 3 directors Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman.

As you can see from the timestamp on the poster image, the latest installment of the successful found footage franchise will be taking place in the present day and many have speculated that it will follow up on the events from Paranormal Activity 2.
