It's Monday and we need to start the week off right with a disco version of one of our favorite movies. Can you imagine if they decided to use a disco version of the Alien theme song in the movie? For the time it was released, I'm sure it crossed the mind of at least one studio executive.

Supposedly, this isn't a newly altered version of the Alien theme. According to DiscoMusic.com: "This is just such an amazing record. It came out at the same time the original "Alien" movie was released. The artist name, Nostromo, being taken from the name of the mothership. If anyone likes the movie then this is a must have. Starts off with the sounds of the opening credits and then lurches in to an Alien killing spree and a fantastic heavy electronic disco working of the movies theme tune. This was so much fun on the dancefloor at the time because you would get everybody doing John Hurt alien tummy eruptions!! Even the cat is in there if you listen closely enough."

If anyone reading owns an original copy of this, please contact us immediately. Continue reading to listen to it for yourself [Thanks, BAD]...
