With as much buzz as Attack The Block received during the South by Southwest Film Festival, I can't wait to check it out for myself. The movie is produced by Edgar Wright (Shaun of the Dead) and directed by Joe Cornish, and is currently figuring out its US distribution plans. They have opened up a new Facebook page and included a synopsis for the film:

"Attack the Block is a fast, funny, frightening action adventure movie that pits a teen gang against an invasion of savage alien monsters. It turns a London housing estate into a sci-fi playground. A tower block into a fortress under siege. And teenage street kids into heroes. It’s inner city versus outer space."

/Film also has an exclusive quad poster from the film, and we have included a smaller version below. Click on the image to check out the larger version.
