Rage Release Date, New Screens

As the developer of numerous titles including the Doom and Quake series, id Software is nitorious for long development cycles, release delays, and releasing a game "when it's done". That's why a release an official release date announcement from their publisher is important.

Bethesda Software has announced that id's latest game, Rage, will be available on September 13th, 2011 in North America and September 16th, 2011 in Europe. They have also re-launched the official Rage website and included a few new screenshots of this post-apocalyptic shooter. To check out the official website, click on the screenshot below.
