Raiders of the Lost Ark Candle Reenacts the Film’s Face-Melting Climax

Fans of 1981's Raiders of the Lost Ark remember this warning from Indiana Jones as the Nazis opened the Ark. But Major Arnold Ernst Toht of the Gestapo saw the horrors of the Ark with wide eyes. He let out a shrill scream... before his skin melted, and now a new candle pays tribute to the memorable special effects moment.

Depicting the sinister Gestapo agent's face that's contorted in a final scream, the Melting Toht Candle is now available to pre-order for $31.59 and is slated for a 2015 release from Firebox.
