The latest game in the Silent Hill series, Silent Hill: Downpour is expected to have a full showing at this years E3 Expo in June. However, Konami has released a short teaser trailer that includes in-game footage as a thank you for all the Facebook likes they have received.
The 8th installment of the Silent Hill series is tentatively scheduled for release in October for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. According to previously released summaries, the "survival horror experience begins after a prison transport vehicle careens off the road, leaving lone inmate Murphy Pendleton stranded in Silent Hill. Gamers will encounter mind-bending puzzles, as well as horrific creatures and other world terrors..".
