On the movie front, Patrick Tatopoulos is returning to Silent Hill as a creatures and special makeup effects designer for Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. He was responsible for multiple effects in the original Silent Hill film, including Pyramid Head and those creepy nurses. [Source: Facebook]
Also, rumor has it that Konami is considering a download-only Silent Hill multiplayer title. The art director for the current Silent Hill game had the following to say during an interview: "...Konami are investigating a separate chapter devoted entirely to the Multiplayer.
