We have a couple of updates for fans of Silent Hill. On the movie front, Patrick Tatopoulos is returning to Silent Hill as a creatures and special makeup effects designer for Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. He was responsible for multiple effects in the original Silent Hill film, including Pyramid Head and those creepy nurses. [Source: Facebook]

Also, rumor has it that Konami is considering a download-only Silent Hill multiplayer title. The art director for the current Silent Hill game had the following to say during an interview: "...Konami are investigating a separate chapter devoted entirely to the Multiplayer. We do not know the details but it should be an XBLA title that most players have to survive in the town of Silent Hill." [Source: Hell Descent]
