Something lurks behind the hole in the wall of a young woman's home... and it doesn't seem content to stay there in the new horror short film Stucco. Written and directed by Janina Gavankar (who also stars in the short film) & Russo Schelling, featuring a star-studded cast, and infused with music composed by Quest Love (as Ahmir-Khalib Thompson), Stucco will be released on Gunpowder & Sky's ALTER ahead of its SXSW screening on March 16th, and we've been provided with exclusive images from the surreal short.

Stucco features a cast that includes Debra Messing, Bel Powley, Michael Ealy, Colton Haynes, Rutina Wesley, Emmy Raver-Lampman, Aisha Tyler, Amy Forsyth, Deborah Ann Woll, Roby Attal, Rafael Casal, and Leslie Odom Jr.

Synopsis: "J is trying and failing to move forward. While hanging a piece of art in her new home, she knocks a hole in her wall revealing what might be another room. Her mind races to think what could be on the other side as she continues to unravel, with the scars of old relationships keeping her trapped inside."
