Mimesis: Night of the Living Dead was released to Blu-ray and DVD earlier this year, but there are a few opportunities for you to check out the movie on the big screen this month. It has just been announced that the film will be screening at a number of zombie walk events taking place across the US:
Zombie Fans in select cities across the US are getting a special treat this month as Mimesis: Night of the Living Dead will screen in Houston, Texas, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and Flint, Michigan at special Zombie Walk Sponsored events. The Houston, Myrtle Beach and Flint Zombie Walks are each hosting special event screenings that promise plenty of surprises and giveaways. The George Romero zombie homage is already a Best Seller on DVD & VOD for Anchor Bay Entertainment and stars screen veterans Sid Haig and Courtney Gains who encounter a group of horror fans hellbent on living out their favorite cult classic. Mimesis was written and directed by Douglas Schulze who is currently developing the sequel that is expected to go into production this fall.
