It looks like The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D has found its leading lady. According to Variety, Alexandra Daddario is in final negotiations to play the lead female role in the film. If the name sounds familiar, she previously starred in Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief and Bereavement

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 3D is filming this month, with a scheduled release date of October 5th, 2012. Previous announcements revealed that John Luessenhop (Takers) will be directing and that Bill Moseley is currently negotiating for a role in the film. Shooting begins in the middle of the month, so we should have more casting announcements to report on over the next couple of weeks.
