In the spirit of Don't Breathe and Villains, a group of criminals get more than they bargained for when they choose the wrong house to rob in the new home invasion movie The Owners, starring Maisie Williams. Ahead of its theatrical, VOD, and Digital release beginning September 4th via RLJE Films, we have a look at the film's official trailer and poster, reminding you that "there is no place like home," especially when that home harbors a sinister secret.

Directed by Julius Berg from a screenplay by Matthieu Gompel and Berg, The Owners stars Maisie Williams, Sylvester McCoy, Jake Curran, Ian Kenny, Andrew Ellis, and Rita Tushingham.

Synopsis: "A group of friends think they found the perfect easy score - an empty house with a safe full of cash. But when the elderly couple that lives there comes home early the tables are suddenly turned. As a deadly game of cat and mouse ensues the would-be thieves are left to fight to save themselves from a nightmare they could never have imagined."
