Universal’s Dracula Gets a New Release Date

Universal's new Dracula movie was recently schedule to be released next August, but we've been told that it's now been pushed back to October, 2014. The new release date for Dracula is October 3rd and it doesn't have too much competition at this time.

Looking at horror movies scheduled for October, 2014, Fox is set to release Frankenstein on October 17th and Paramount has Paranormal Activity 5 on October 24th.

Gary Shore will direct the film from a script written by Matt Sazama and Burk Sharpless. Dracula will star Luke Evans in the lead role, along with Zach McGowan, Dominic Cooper, and Sarah Gadon:
