SCREAMBOX subscribers will get the chance to open an early Christmas gift when the festively fun and frightful Santastein arrives on the streaming service tomorrow, and as a special gift for Daily Dead readers, we have an exclusive clip from the film that you can unwrap right now, featuring a resurrected (and very deadly) Santa Claus coming face to face with the scientist who brought him back to (undead) life!

You can check out our exclusive clip from Santastein below, and in case you missed it, feel free to read my Popcorn Frights review of Santastein!

Aren't the holiday's killer? SCREAMBOX Exclusive Santastein comes alive on December 19. The festive twist on Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein delivers Christmas cheer and slasher fear in equal measure.

Max was only six years old when he accidentally burned Santa to a crisp on Christmas Eve. 12 years later, Max attempts to raise Santa from the dead in order to fix his past mistakes and restore the Christmas spirit. But he soon realizes that the creature he has created is a bloodthirsty killer – and it’s headed straight for the town's Christmas party!

Santastein is co-written and co-directed by Manuel Camilion and Benjamin Edelman, who cite Scream and Evil Dead 2 as inspirations. Their feature debut is based on the short film of the same name they made while studying film at the University of Miami.

Jared Korotkin, Ophelia Rivera, Michael Vitovich, Fernando Morales, Kaylie Heyner, Fernando Morales, and Heather Fisch star in the comedic slasher.

Start screaming now with SCREAMBOX on iOS, Android, Apple TV, Prime Video, Roku, YouTube TV, Samsung, Comcast, Cox, and Screambox.com.
