News has been slow for the last couple of days, especially with all of the fake news other sites were posting for April Fools' day. Here are a few minor news items to help keep you busy during the weekend:

Watch 4 Minutes of Green Lantern: I won't watch it because of spoilers, but if you'd like to get a better idea of what Green Lantern will be like, 4 minutes of footage that was recently showed at CinemaCon and is now online. Monsterpalooza 2011 Next Weekend: Those who live anywhere near Burbank, California next week will want to check out this year's Monsterpalooza. There are dozens of horror guests including Joe Dante, Dee Wallace, James Hong, Tom Woodruff Jr.,  Bill Lustig, and many more.
