Stuffed with tricks and sprinkled with treats, Halloween night is a busy one for police officers, but a small town's law enforcement runs into something much more dangerous than teenage pranksters in Live Evil, an upcoming horror film that co-stars Tony Todd and is teased in a new trailer.

We've been provided with an exclusive premiere of the Live Evil trailer for Daily Dead readers to watch. You can catch Live Evil at three upcoming film festivals this Halloween season: the Diabolique International Film Festival in September (25th–27th), the Horror in the Hills Film Festival on October 17th, and the North Carolina Festival.

"A small college town police station is besieged by a supernatural force let loose on a sleepy Halloween night. The sheriff, and his loyal deputies, struggle with the evil they lock in their basement jail; a force that preys upon each person’s worst fear, winning over all but the strongest willed. An increasingly horrible chain of events is set in motion that could destroy the town, and possibly the world.

Live Evil stars Vladimir Kulich (13th Warrior, Vikings, 2014's The Equalizer), Charlene Amoia (American Reunion, How I Met Your Mother), Vincent Ward ( The Walking Dead) and Tony Todd (Candyman, Final Destination)."

Written and directed by Ari Kirschenbaum, Live Evil features music by Shawn Lee (2006's Bully video game, The Break-Up, The Sitter).
