Nearly one decade after making viewers afraid to go in the water (without risking the loss of an appendage) with Piranha 3D, Alexandre Aja is bringing more submerged scares to the surface this summer in Crawl. Featuring a daughter (Kaya Scodelario) and her father (Barry Pepper) fighting for their lives against a hurricane and some very hungry alligators, the first trailer for Crawl has been unleashed by Paramount Pictures.

"When a massive hurricane hits her Florida hometown, Haley (Kaya Scodelario) ignores evacuation orders to search for her missing father (Barry Pepper). Finding him gravely injured in the crawl space of their family home, the two become trapped by quickly encroaching floodwaters.
