In today's Horror Highlights, we have release details and trailers for the satanic Devil's Domain, the vampiric Aaron's Blood, and the haunted house thriller Happy Endings Are a Rarity.
Devil's Domain Release Details & Trailer: Press Release: Los Angeles, CA (May 4, 2017) – Cleopatra Entertainment has announced that they have set May 19th, 2017 for the theatrical debut of the feature film DEVIL’S DOMAIN, starring Michael Madsen, Sticky Fingers, Fred Rose, Rene Nezhola (“Storage Wars”) and featuring the music of Iggy Pop, DMX, The Onyx and more. The film will also be released to all VOD platforms on May 30th, and on Blu-Ray on July 17th.
DEVIL’S DOMAIN is a new-age horror film centered on a cyber-bullying incident at a fictional high school that goes terribly wrong. The victim then seeks her own unique form of revenge, albeit with some super-natural help along the way.
DEVIL’S DOMAIN was written and directed by Jared Cohn (THE HORDE, WISHING FOR A DREAM, THE DOMICILE) and was produced by David Sterling. Brian Perera is Executive producing with Tim Yasui and Kelly Decker co-producing for Cleopatra Entertainment.
“Devil’s Domain is a story about the ramifications of social media, cyber-bullying and how it affects the youth of today,” said director Cohn.
Cohn has also been tapped to write and direct the upcoming Cleopatra project STREET SURVIVORS, based on the ill-fated 1977 plane crash that took the lives of several of the Lynyrd Skynyrd band members and crew as seen thru the eyes of Artimus Pyle, the band’s drummer at the time and one of the surviving members of the plane crash."

Aaron's Blood Release Details & Trailer: Synopsis: "Aaron copes with his new life as a single father and the distant relationship he shares with his only child Tate. A timid hemophiliac, Tate is roughed up at school by the chief bully causing a massive nosebleed that lands him in the hospital fighting for his life. He makes a miraculous recovery after a necessary blood transfusion, but Aaron begins to notice progressively strange behaviors in his son. Faced with the grim possibility that his son could be becoming a vampire, Aaron enlists the help of a local vampire hunter and embarks on a frantic search to find the source of the infection to stop the transformation before it’s too late."
Written and directed by Tommy Stovall, Aaron's Blood stars James Martinez, Trevor Stovall, Farah White, and Michael Chieffo. Gravitas Ventures will release the film on VOD and Digital HD beginning June 6th.
