One of my favorite traditions for Halloween weekend has become Insomniac’s Escape: Psycho Circus, a two-day Halloween festival and freak show that transforms the NOS Events Center in San Bernardino, California into a devilish playground where attendees can immerse themselves in endless festive frights while checking out over 65 of the best electronic music acts performing all weekend on four different horror-themed stages.

As someone who attends a variety of electronic festivals throughout the year, Escape: Psycho Circus is one of the best, and their Escape Asylum Halloween maze is one of the most enjoyable attractions I’ve ever experienced. The fact that they put you into a straitjacket upon entry only adds to the terror and hysteria you experience as you make your way through the haunt’s 32,000 square feet of creepy shocks and jolts.

Here’s a look at the impressively awesome musical lineup for the eighth annual Escape: Psycho Circus, and we’ll have more details to come on the event later this month, right here on Daily Dead. And if you haven’t grabbed your tickets yet, they’re still available for purchase HERE.

Last year, Escape: Psycho Circus welcomed a record-setting 125,000 Headliners to the NOS Events Center for two days of dance music as they wandered through the hellscape of Escape: Psycho Circus. Headliners were transported into an immersive world of twisted attractions, creepy characters, and unforgettable sets from dance music tastemakers across four monstrous stages. Amidst the sinister Psycho Circus, fans enjoyed the revolving carousel, contortionists, fortunetellers, and burlesque shows all weekend long. Over 5,000 revelers dared to enter the 32,000 square-foot Asylum, Escape’s largest and most intricate haunted maze. The frightening theater experience recreated 30 distinct rooms from seven years of Escape storylines, featuring 120 costumed actors and 25 sound systems. Those brave enough to admit themselves into the Asylum were dressed in a straitjacket and mask before entering the dark and dismal halls of the ward. Guests explored the twists and turns inside the maniacal Mad Hatter’s mind, where padded cells, blood showers, and graveyards awaited.

Two-day General Admission tickets starting at $199.95 plus fees for Escape: Psycho Circus are currently available for purchase on EscapeHalloween.com
