Chucky's striped sweatshirt in Child's Play, the arch of Ash's eyebrow in The Evil Dead, Freddy Krueger's sinister grin in A Nightmare on Elm Street, even the neatly applied makeup worn by the baseball bat-wielding Furies from The Warriors: these tiny details helped bring these characters and the films they appeared in to greater life. Now artist Dan Shearn has literally made these and other movie characters' memorable details tiny with his new line of LEGO Artwork prints.

Available as 12" by 12" Fine Art Giclee Prints and limited to only 65 apiece, Dan Shearn's LEGO Artwork cleverly displays a wide variety of horror and other movie genre characters as they would appear in Lego form. Totaling 25 prints, squarish yellow faces and hooked hands reign supreme in the collection, giving characters like Ellen Ripley and her grinning Xenomorph nemesis a new look. Characters from films like Akira, Beetlejuice, and Dredd are also included in the print gallery. You can buy the prints now for $20.00 each at Hero Complex Gallery, and you can check out these photos of the prints, thanks to HCG!
