A father's desperate search for his daughter continues as zombies roam the English countryside in Peter Mckeirnon's Dead Town, which returns for its second series of living dead mayhem and diverse survival tactics this May. The dead have risen and in the small town of Runcorn in the north west of England, 3 survivors are doing what needs to be done to stay alive.
John, a single father to a missing teenage daughter,
Butty, a survivalist and John’s older brother,
And 80s Dave, a piss taking Scouser and John’s best friend.
Dead Town Series 2 continues where series 1 left off. Following our three unconventional heroes as they fight the dead in zombie infected Runcorn whilst trying to find John’s missing daughter, Emily.
After a successful crowdfunding campaign (reaching 200% funded), production on series 2 began in late 2017 and will continue throughout this year, bringing fans of the series five new episodes. Episode 1 is due for release in May 2018.

Series 2, Episode 1 – Same As It Ever Was
It’s the morning after the guys escaped from the lock up and John is getting over a traumatic nightmare whilst 80s Dave dreams of Greggs sausages rolls. Then when a dead girl becomes an undead girl, John is forced to man up and get his hands dirty. Butty, after finding a novel way to dispose of a zombie, takes them to a clue in their search for Emily. Dave however, is more interested in going through dead people’s pockets for smokes but when all he finds is an electronic cigarette, he finally breaks his cool.Series 2, Episode 2 – Life During War Time
The guys meet a survivor called Mab. He’s an old friend of Butty’s and they both have a theory as to why zombies are roaming the streets. Aliens!
