Ash spent some quality time in the asylum during the second season of Ash vs Evil Dead, and he even made a new friend at the frightening facility: a hand puppet version of himself. Dubbed "Ashy Slashy," this depiction of the iconic Bruce Campbell character will soon be released by the fine folks at NECA, who have unveiled the groovy packaging for the collectible.

You can view photos of the packaging below (just in time for the upcoming holidays), and to learn more about NECA's Ashy Slashy puppet, visit their official website and check out our previous coverage. Will you be adding this item to your holiday wish list?

From NECA: "Every day can be demented play day with your very own Ashy Slashy puppet from Season 2 of Ash vs. Evil Dead!

We’ve replicated Ash’s potty-mouthed little doppelganger from the asylum episodes for your (hopefully G-rated) entertainment.

This is a working puppet – insert your hand and you can move the mouth, plus the arms are poseable thanks to inner articulation.
Ashy Slashy is approximately 15” tall.

Release Date: Fall 2017"
