If you haven't seen The Houses October Built yet, I would recommend incorporating it into your autumn viewing schedule this year, because it really captures the spooky spirit of the haunted house season, something that the film's sequel looks to do in the first trailer for the follow-up film.

Directed by Bobby Roe from a screenplay he wrote with Zack Andrews, The Houses October Built 2 stars Roe, Andrews, Brandy Schaefer, Zack Andrews, Mikey Roe, Bobby Roe, and Jeff Larson. RLJ Entertainment will release the film in the US on Friday, September 22nd.
