In the final trailer for The Intruder, "it's hard to say goodbye" for a man who can't let go of his old home... even when a newly married couple (Michael Ealy and Meagan Good) starts living in it.

Directed by Deon Taylor (Traffik) from a screenplay by David Loughery (co-writer of Lakeview Terrace), The Intruder will be released in theaters on May 3rd from Sony Pictures.

"When a young married couple (Michael Ealy and Meagan Good) buys their dream house in the Napa Valley, they think they have found the perfect home to take their next steps as a family. But when the strangely attached seller (Dennis Quaid) continues to infiltrate their lives, they begin to suspect that he has hidden motivations beyond a quick sale."
