After their initial tease earlier this week, 20th Century Fox has unveiled the full video that introduces Weylan-Yutani's synthetic android, Walter, who is a member of the Covenant crew in the new Alien movie, and who looks an awful lot like David from Prometheus.

Check out the new video below, and stay tuned to Daily Dead for more Alien: Covenant updates.

"Introducing Walter, the latest synthetic by Weyland-Yutani. Created to serve. Intelligence powered by AMD, Ryzen and Radeon.

Walter is the world’s most advanced synthetic companion, designed to help you achieve a better human experience. Each model is individually calibrated to serve its owner’s unique set of needs and preferences.

Ridley Scott returns to the universe he created, with ALIEN: COVENANT, a new chapter in his groundbreaking ALIEN franchise. The crew of the colony ship Covenant, bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, discovers what they think is an uncharted paradise, but is actually a dark, dangerous world. When they uncover a threat beyond their imagination, they must attempt a harrowing escape."

Directed by Ridley Scott, Alien: Covenant stars Michael Fassbender, Katherine Waterston, Billy Crudup, Danny McBride, Demián Bichir, Carmen Ejogo, Amy Seimetz, Jussie Smollett, Callie Hernandez, Nathaniel Dean, Alexander England, and Benjamin Rigby.

20th Century Fox will release Alien: Covenant in theaters on May 19th, 2017, and Scott, Fassbender, and McBride will be in attendance at the SXSW Film Festival this March to reveal special footage from the film. In case you missed it, check out our previous coverage of Alien: Covenant:
