Interested in seeing The Tall Man, the latest film from Martyrs director Pascal Laugier? You won't even have to wait for the theatrical release in late August, because Image Entertainment just announced that it will be released this week on VOD:

"Image Entertainment presents a harrowing, bleak thriller of a small town plagued by a grave mystery with The Tall Man, from the intense and intricate mind of writer/director Pascal Laugier (Martyrs) and starring Jessical Biel (The Texas Chainsaw Massacre) fresh off of her lead role in Columbia Pictures new blockbuster Total Recall. Also featuring Jodelle Ferland (Cabin in the Woods, Silent Hill) and Stephen McHattie (300, Watchmen), The Tall Man comes to VOD starting August 1st available on cable and satellite systems, including Comcast, Cox and Dish. Consumers will be able to see The Tall Man on VOD well before its August 31st theatrical engagements!"
