Based on Stephen King's short story in Full Dark, No Stars and from a screenplay by King, himself, 'A Good Marriage' will be released to theaters and on VOD on October 3rd. Here's a look at six photos and the recently released trailer for the upcoming film:

"When her husband (Anthony LaPaglia) of more than twenty years is away on one of his business trips, Darcy Anderson (Joan Allen) looks for batteries in the garage. Instead she discovers the stranger inside her husband. It’s a horrifying discovery, rendered with bristling intensity, and it definitively ends a good marriage.

The film, directed by Peter Askin and starring Joan Allen, Anthony LaPaglia Kristen Connolly, and Stephen Lang, is written by Stephen King and based off his short story “A Good Marriage” from the collection “Full Dark, No Stars”; this is the first time he has adapted one of his works as a screenplay [in over 25 years.]"
