With American Horror Story Season 7 expected to premiere this fall, co-creator Ryan Murphy has posted teaser artwork for the upcoming installment.

Posted on Murphy's Instagram page with the caption "American Horror Story Season 7 tease," the artwork depicts an elephant with a horrifying smile reminiscent of Twisty the Clown (from American Horror Story: Freak Show).

American Horror Story co-creator Murphy told Andy Cohen this winter that the new season is going to "be about the election that we just went through" (with Deadline also previously mentioning that the season 7 premiere will be "taking place on Election Night).

American Horror Story Season 7 is expected to premiere this fall on FX, with the network also renewing the series for seasons 8 and 9, respectively. The cast for season 7 includes Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Billy Eichner, and Billie Lourd. Check out the teaser artwork below, and stay tuned to Daily Dead for more updates.
